I am a 30+ something single mother of a beautiful 5 yr old little boy. I have always had a passion for decorating, party planning, crafty things, cooking and travelling.
Our home is a small 2 bedroom apartment and I have these strong urges to make this place better, more homey and to make it ours. I am slowly but surely going through this place room by room, inch by inch. Sometimes at a snail's pace. But I shall prevail.
The majority of my furnishings have been on the contemporary/modern side. However, being single lends itself to starting new and creating a space that does not require someone else's approval, nor commentary. So with that being said, I am finally working towards my love of vintage/shabby chic decor. I hope you will join me on this journey.
